Lowveld Citrus Festival 2022
Our 2022 Sponsors and Exhibitors, to name a few:
PROMOTING THE CITRUS INDUSTRY
Our objective is to create awareness to the Lowveld agricultural sector through hosting a 3 day festival promoting all things citrus. The exhibition will promote the sector as a farmers day and create the ambiance of celebration for all. Join us for fun in the sun with good food, refreshing drinks and great vibe at the Lowveld Citrus Festival.
Exhibitors
Exhibitors will showcase and/or demonstrate their products and services, get a chance to interact with festival attendees and establish collaborations with other companies and individuals. Exhibits will consist of Agricultural Equipment, Tractors, Implements, crop optimization products, machinery, 4x4 Ventures, etc.
Choir Performances
Curro School Choir and Penryns Marimba band will be performing at our Festival. Penryn Vocalist Tessi Ratnarajah national Eisteddfod winner will also be performing. Elana Burgers Ballet school will open the stage with a ballet recital.
Kid's Zone
Your kids will be safe and entertained! 4 x Jumping castles, face painters, balloon twisters, soft play area, coloring activities, TV games area, kids tables & chairs, and child minders to look after the little ones. Games stall presented by local Schools.
Festival Citrus Parade
Local Schools and Exhibitors are invited to build a Citrus Colored Float to brand and market their school or company. The Float Parade will parade through Nelspruit, Rocky's Drift and White River. Parade will end at Fiesta Farm Festival Grounds and will be displayed to boast each establishment throughout the festival.
Mr & Miss Orange Pageant
Cuteness overload
Mr & Miss Orange will be crowned on Saturday morning!
Great prizes to be won!
Best Dressed Orange
All Festival goers are invited to dress for the event! Mystery Judges will be scanning the festival for the best dressed orange! 5 x Cash Prizes to be won every day!
Stalletjies
Quality handpicked Stalletjies will display original handmade creative products. From Dresses, to shoes, leather products, kid's clothing, hand made toys, skin products, homemade candy to name a few categories.(Photo: Beautiful dresses by Cotton Lily)
Food Stalls
Mouth watering food stalls, and vendors will keep your tummies full and nourished! Lekker bites, like Waffles, donuts, pancakes and more will be available.
Pellet Target Shooting
Target shooting for all ages, presented by Nelspruit Schools Shooting Academy.
Great prizes to be won as well as a Grand Prize!
Night Target Shooting
The fun does not stop when the sun sets! Nelspruit Schools Shooting Academy will also present Night Shooting with Luminous Targets!
